Can you try going to www.icloud.com

Then log in using your Apple ID and password

Check notes and see if there is back up for the file you have deleted.

No it was not backed up or at least otng is indicated

Were you able to log in and found something like this?

Notes is one of the icons and should show if there is a back up when you open it.

No It should not be connected that page shows your back up from cloud.

If you did not find the file there Then it means there is no back up for it.

I hate to say it but since there is no back up there then what has been deleted from the phone will be permanent.

ok thta's what I thought but I wanted to make sure.

May I ask a dumb question? After I reenter all my information how do I back it up to icloud or is there some oter place I can back it up too?

Cloud should be automatic. But you will have to enable it.

On your phone.

Go to settings > click your name on top > Click icloud and make sure notes there is turned on

Checked the icloud account back up and notes was not back up

Advised customer that the file may not be recoverable since there were no back up

Advised customer on how to enabled the back up in future
