I am having an iTunes issue which has blocked my use of Apple TV. There does not seem to be any support directly from iTunes, so I need Apple support. The problem: My MasterCard has been terminated because my bank ended an agreement with them at the end of May whereby it doubled as my bank access card. Unfortunately, this is the card used for my iTunes purchases. Their software does not permit me to remove the card and replace it with another because a purchase could not be completed once the card was terminated. Catch 22! I need to speak to a support agent.
