my ipad is locked can you fix it

I tried calling your phone but no one is answering the phone.

NOTES:

-called cx and and checked the problem

-ipad is stucked on the screen saying "iPad requires your passcode after restarting"

-cx dont know the passcode

-told cx we need to restore the ipad using the computer

-cx said that she will need an assistant since she's not familiar and she's already 88 years old

-cx will call us back once she have someone to assist her in her house.
