Issue identified :
Forgot Apple ID
Solution Implemented :
Call customer
Found that the ID is in @icloud form
Customer already reach out to Apple but with no resolution.
Advised customer that the only way it can be unlock is if they will be able to provide a proof of purchase or reciept and bring it to the nearest apple Store
Aside from that they will have to find and know what the Apple ID is so the apssword reset can be done
Worst case scenario is that they will have to replace the ipad.
