Our milking goat was treated for mastitis the end of March. She cleared up. For the last 2 weeks her milk has a pink tinge to it. Red settles to bottom of container if you let let it set a couple of days. What do we need to do so her milk is usable

Good day!

You May want to have milk tested and ensure your bacterial infection has completely settled. Red settling at the bottom would most likely be red blood cells that have come out of broken capillaries. 
Filter out your clear portion and throw out your sediment ( settled red cells)  Home processing can be done by boiling for 15 minutes cool after this and it should be edible.
