replaced washer resevoir pump on 98 grand prix gt. still doesnt work what is unit on top?

Hi Dave,

Have someone turn on or activate the windshield washer and check if you can hear the washer pump whirring. If the pump is not making any sound then the problem is the wire or a busted fuse since there is no electricity coming in to the pump.

If th pump is making a sound then the problem there is blocked water tubes or nozzles.
