I have spent 2 days trying to get into my quicken . I have been kept locked out now for over two hours and every time I wait my time I am locked out for another extensive period. I need to get to my check book NOW

Here's what I have tried so far:
to be honest I think I have tried everything several times. Now it has reached the point that I am not permitted to do anything but wait and wait for repeated indiscriminate amounts of time . I have been locked out for two hours.

contacted cx and she stated that she was on the road and would follow the problem solved procedure when she had a chance. Will call back.

contacted Cx and she is still out of town. She state she would be back home tomorrow where she will have access to her computer she submitted the question with to log into her account and click problem solved for the question.
