I've been using OpenOffice.Org for years, and love it -- but today, I typed in a page of text, saved it and printed it out. Then, all of a sudden, the page appeared on the screen of my computer as a tiny page -- and so, now, do all my other files. I'm not aware of what key I, apparently, hit to cause this to occur -- or how to change it back. I tried shutting down, then re-starting my computer, but that didn't help. (And, not being extremely proficient, I'm afraid to try too many things. lest I screw something else up.) Thanks for your advice!

So I sent an email to Erica -- I guess I'm supposed to type here instead. This makes no sense because I just paid an extra $20.00 for the 'remote service' to have someone take over my computer remotely and fix the problem.  So it makes no sense to use phone support -- phone support for what???

And BTW -- your company, I'm delighted to see, gets rave reviews online (a BBC website, I think) -- a relief, since not all online companies do!

Since I opted for the 'you solve the problem remotely,' I'm ready -- but what is it that you need me to do?

I was delighted with the services I received today!  The person from ExpertHelp not only solved my problem completely -- and quickly -- he also showed me how to solve it myself, should it occur again!  Because of my inexperience, I chose to opt for remote service.  I'd give the service 5 stars -- and I've NOT had the same experience with other online tech services.
