Can you try this steps to delete manually the blocked number on your uniden phone.

  1. Go to Menu
  2. Then choose Initial Settin.
  3. Choose Call Blocking.
  4. Then you can scroll the list and delete numbers from the list.

Please advise me if this helps. I will be standing by for your response.

OK I will print out the instructions you sent. It seems to work but I will have to spend some time choosing the numbers I want to erase. I have the case numbers from you and If I need to get back to you I will. Thank you for your help.
