Pleas check the tv system come up on dvd when push play, what can i do to correct this?

Issue identified : DVD not playing
Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Customer purchased the CD in israe, / Advised that the Disc will not play on his system because it is lock to a certain region / Advised to play it to a computer / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
