In standby mode (not on a call), press the DELETE button on the main base station. This is the icon that looks like a 0 with a slash through it( Ø ) just to the left of the answer on/off button. After pressing that delete button press the soft key for Line 1. Repeat the process with Delete again, then press the soft key for Line 2. This will clear all messages on the built in answering machine.
Also may I have the model number of your phone?

I called custoker and customer says voicemail is now working so far. Customer asked to wait until Tuesday to give phone time to see if the device will continue working. Customer asked for a call back Tuesday.
