Dear Thomas , It was a pleasure helping you with your TurboTax issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 


Issue identified : Customer could not find out tax return date through the IRS website


Solution Implemented : I called and remotely accessed computer.  I was able to retrieve the IRS return information for customer via remote access.  Problem Solved
