your error is a input or HDMI issue between the box and your TV if your using HDMI.

Sometimes there is incompatibility issues with certain equipment using HDMI.

You can turn off the DVR/Receiver by turning it off and unplug it from your wall outlet for 10-15 seconds.

If you are still experiencing the same issue please try to use a different HDMI cable. If changing the HDMI cable will not fix the issue you need to contact Comcast for a replacement of your DVR/receiver.
