Thanks for waiting. Please unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 10-15 seconds to turn it off then plug it back in and try to turn it on. Test the TV and check if the issue is fixed.

Do you have any message on your screen? Please try to use the Coby remote and press the Menu, Volume, or any function on the remote and check if you will see any information on the screen?

Can you try to turn it on using the Remote or press the power button on the control panel of your TV and check if you will see a picture or will still stay on Stand by mode?

Thanks for your response. Sorry we don't have phone support. If your TV still wont turn on it means that there's a component failure.

Power supply is common cause of the issue. So is capacitor failure and poor solder connections.

Since the TV is still new you can use the warranty of your TV to have it fixed. To obtain Warranty service, You can call COBY Technical Support prior to making a Product Return. For US residents, please call ***-***-**** . Canadian residents may call ***-***-**** .

They can send a technician for an In Home Service. If In-Home Service is not available, You will receive a replacement TV and a return label to ship the defective item back to Coby processing center.
