If you forgot the password of your son's xbox account, please follow the steps belwo:

• On your computer, go to the Reset your password page. The following screen appears:

• In the first text box, type your Microsoft account. The Microsoft account is the email address you used to register on the account.
• n the second text box, type the characters that appear just above the second text box.
• Click Next.
• After you click Next, the following screen appears:

• Choose the option that works best for you. Email me a reset link , Use my trusted PC or I can’t use any of these options

The new password applies to any account on where you have linked or used your microsoft account or the email address. Have you reset the password for your microsoft account? If you have already reset the password, please try to sign out on xbox then sign back in this time using the new password.
