I have HP Spectre computer with Windows 8. However, as of today I can no longer play videos. I even reinstalled Windows media player and installed VLCplayer, but I still get message to contact Xbox support. Can you help with this problem? Thanx, Brad walker

  1. When you are in the main menu select on the store tile. alt text

    1. Then you will see the windows 8.1 update then click on the download button. alt text

    2. Then the windows will start to download. alt text

    3. Then you will need to rest. alt text

    4. Then the installing will starts. alt text

    5. Then you will need to accept the license terms. alt text

    6. Then apps will be install. alt text

    7. Then once your update is finish you will be on the main menu again. alt text
