Hi Hamidullah,

Just want to confirm the problem. Are you getting bad display when using your DVD recorder? Please provide more information about the problem and when did the problem started?

Hi Hamidullah,

Please try to perform a factory reset first on the unit and check the issue again. Follow the steps below:

  1. Press SYSTEM MENU while the recorder is in stop mode
  2. elect “Setup,” and press ENTER.
  3. Select “Options,” and press ENTER. The “Options” setup appears with the following options. The default settings are underlined.
  4. Select “Factory Setting,” and press ENTER
  5. Select “Start,” and press ENTER. The setup settings return to their default settings.
  6. Press ENTER when “Finish” appears. The power automatically turns off and then on again, and the recorder is reset to the factory settings.
  7. “Easy Setup” display appears, then setup your device again.
