Good afternoon,

Please tell Bob that my bosses hired a certified technician to clean up the
work one. The police are involved in this one and they are monitoring her
activity and the tech is actually brought in by the police to pull the
data and secure the server. I still want to hire him for the year of tech
support. My daughter and her family are moving to a different location. I
am also moving to a different location due to safety concerns. I will log
in from my new Mac computer and pay the fee from there as that computer is
secure and is now up and running. Please tell Bob that I need to cancel our
phone appt tonight for 6:00 as the work issue is being resolved as we
speak. He is more than welcome to call me on ***-***-**** for a few more days.
After that, I will be using my iphone and will send you over that number
along with a "code" that Bob and I have set up with each other so that he
knows that it's me. Please tell him thank you and I thank you for always
checking in with me and for trying to resolve this situation. I hold your
company in high regard and am so impressed with all the consistent
communication and the personal concern for my welfare from both you and Bob. Please
tell him don't go anywhere. LOL! I will be needing his assistance soon
for both me and my family. One more question, since it will be two
different addresses, do I need to pay for each home for a years worth of tech
support? I don't have a problem with that at all but, wanted to be sure when I
log in that everything is paid for now. Again, I will be paying from my
Mac so I will do this tonight or tomorrow depending on what time I get home.
It's my birthday week, and I'm doing a little shopping tonight. :).
Erica, thank you again and tell Bob to keep in touch. I will also recommend your
company to anyone that is in need of tech support of any kind. You guys
should charge more than you do as most prices I've received are $50 per hour
just for phone support. Physical presence of a tech is $100+ per hour.
