Dear Gene, It was a pleasure helping you with your Google issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Google phone is now working

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Checked customer's Obitalk account settings and found that the Phone account was switched to the Gmail Address

Deleted the Gmail set up in Obitalk and registered back to the Live account where the Phone was initialy set up.

Test Call now to the Google Phone

Outgoing call - Incoming call is now working
