i can not get my ipad to turn on well it comes on but it seems that the words are so large that i cant put in my passcode.what can i do?

Here's what I have tried so far:
i have tried turning it on and off flipping it over thats when i can see my screen cover picture for just a second or two just when i flip it over.

Here's my brand/make/model:
apple ipad /A1432-model/F7NL8HFEF196-serial number
