how can I get past bios password box have forgotten password

Hi Francis,
I've checked the model of your All in One and the mainboard doesn't have a CMOS battery were we can just remove to reset the bios password. The motherboard is designed just like a laptop mainboard. This would mean that a bios reset tool software is needed

You need to bring the computer to the nearest asus service center and have them run their reset tool. Worst case scenario is that if they dont have their own reset tool available in your location a motherboard replacement is needed as it is built in to the mainboard. I can provide the the nearest service center in your area if you can give me your location

You can bring the computer to any of the service centers below. They do support all in one machines. They should be able to disassmeble and remove or replace the motherboard with an out of warranty fee.
