Thank you for replying. The symptoms can be caused by the volume properties, a driver problem or the speakers itself. If the speakers work on a different device but not on the computer, this may indicate a driver problem.

I may be able to assist you with the setup if you would allow me to do a remote access on your computer with no additional charges. All you need to do is to download and install a program that would allow our computers to communicate. This way I could connect to your computer remotely and check for possible problems with the audio and fix it for you while you watch and wait.   • Click this link> http://connect.teamviewer.com/v9
  • Download and Save the .exe file on your computer
  • After downloading, install Teamviewer to your computer.
  • Once installed launch Teamviewer and it will assign you with an ID and a Password.
