 Hi

I just called a friend, and they called me and was ok, so must be some strange problem with me trying from my office land line.

So now must assume its working as you called twice.

Dear Ian, It was a pleasure helping you with your HTC issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution. 
Issue identified:  Customer could not receieve calls.
Solution Implemented:  I made a few test calls to verify phone was working after troubleshooting steps were performed.  Customer can now receieve calls.
