Robert,
You can either manually search for them in the marketplace then hit download / buy and it will not charge you again (Assuming your using the same live account as when you bought them the first time).

Or connect your phone to your computer, when the zune software opens there's a section at top for marketplace > software, which will show you what you already own and allow you to reinstall it on your phone.
