It is a long story, first I had trouble with the old chest strap then you you supplied me with one of the new straps, which I am sorry to say I never got to work (I put a new battery in) so I was using the unit with out a strap and it was working OK on all the screens except of course bpm, but now it seems to to be not working at all. It starts up and shows the screens but no output on them

It would seem that I have movement but not on hrm screen
/The screen display will not turn on even after the steps I just provided you
The screen display is on but no movement
Try to remove the battery and power it on again after 2 minutes. Try to power it on outside your house with the clear view of the sky then advise me what will be the result. If still the same perform the master reset again and just stay outside the house when you set it up again. I will be standing by for the result.
Sorry, but I could nnot remove the back of the unit to get to the battery. Thanks for your help but I think it needs to go back to Garmin for refurbishment. End
