How are you doing? May I ask when was the last transmission fluid replacement? Transmission fluid replacement can smoothen the shifting and can resolve the issue. If the fluid is good, I am suspecting a failing or worn out torque converter or clutch plates that controls the shifting of the transmission. Let's just hope that it's not something major like the gears in the transmission to cut the expense. Hope this helps and please let me know if there's anything else I can add or help you with.
