Ok. May I know the exact brand and model of the router that xfinity installed there? You will see the model of the router on the sticker at the bottom of the router.

thats the name of the network. Theres should be a model number and brand of the router on the sticker.

Issue identified : cx want to change the routers wifi password
Solution Implemented : called and accessed cx computer. accessed the router admin page and change the password there. New password working. Problem solved.
