Dear Myrl , It was a pleasure helping you with your Wifi issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified : Customer could not connect to wifi connection

Solution Implemented : I called and remotley accessed computer. I updated iphone to latest ios 11.2.1. using itunes on computer. I walked customer through the steps of connecting iphone to a wifi connection. Solved.
