Thanks for your response. Please check the the sticker at the back of your TV for the model number. Do you have a Netflix App on your TV or you are connecting a Bluray, Roku, Apple TV, Gaming Console, etc to access Netflix?

Issue identified : Customer wants to get netflix on his TV


Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Customer is using an LCD TV / Explained to the customer that his TV needs a 3rd party device like bluray, media player, etc that has Netflix App installed  because it is not a smartv / Advised customer that he can still use the TV as his monitor on the computer if he want to watch netflix / Customer understand / no other issues raised / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted

Phone Support:

  • Called the customer / Customer purchase Roku and it was working fine / Customer concern is he wants to check if we billed him twice / He said that he was billed for $90 twice and another $20 twice / Advised that I will inform our support to check if we are the one who billed him / Advised customer to check his bill to verify the name of the company that charge him with that amount / No other issues raised / Issue Resolved
