Dear Henderson, It was a pleasure helping you with your Netflix  issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : cx getting and error code NW-3-6 on her tv screen 
Solution Implemented : called cx and provided steps to reset the tv by unplugging the power cord from the outlet for a minute. same goes also to the wireless router. No go. We reset also the xfinity box by unplugging it as well from the wall outlet for a min and that fixed the problem. Netflix is now working. problem solved.
