Hi Bill,
If the refrigerator is leaking water it's possible that the refrigerator has a clogged or freezing defrost drain. If the defrost drain freezes the defrost water will overflow the drain and drip down to the bottom of the compartment, If enough water accumulates in the bottom it can run out onto the floor. Thaw any ice that is clogging the drain. Make sure the drain is clear by flushing it with a turkey baster and HOT water.
Here's the Location of the defrost drain.
Let me know if you have further questions.

NOTES:
-called cx and found out that the refrigerator temperature is 42 degrees instead of the standart 37 degrees for the model of the refrigerator
-cx trying to adjust the temp to 37 degrees but the temp is going back to 42 degrees.
-told cx to unplug the refrigerator for few minutes and plug it back in to the outlet. take note of the time when he plugged back in the refrigerator to the wall outlet and wait for 24-25 hours to adjust the temp to 37 degrees.
-cx will get back to us for the result.
