How did you relocate the refrigerator to the garage. Did you transferred it in an upright position?
Yes
when did you relocated the refrigerator and how long does the refrigerator plugged in to the garage?
It was only unplugged for about 10 minutes we moved it about 3 weeks ago
Ok. The proper way when you are relocating a refrigerator is to leave it for an hour or 2 before you plugged it in to the wall outlet. This will allow the refrigerator system to take time to reset. The normal operating temperature should be 32-40° F for the Fridge. Your freezer must be below 32° F.
Unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet and let it sit for 2 hours then plug it back in. Adjust the temperature to the required standard temperature and wait for an hour for the refrigerator to re-learn. This should fix your problem.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Will do and thank you I hope this takes care of it
