Dear Kona, It was a pleasure helping you with your Gmail issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.

Issue identified : Unable to setup her email on her iPhone

Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Assisted the customer to reset the password by sending the code to her phone / Successfully created a new password / Added the account on her iPhone (Opened the Gmail App > Enter the email address and password) / Successfully added the account / Sent test emails / Customer unable to accept the answer because she is not getting the code from us / Advised customer to send an email to support to accept the answer on her behalf / Issue Resolved
