Issue identified :

Cannot remember his Gmail Password

Solution Implemented :

  • Call customer / Remote Access
  • Assisted in requesting Google for a Password recovery
  • Recovery information was sent to his Landline thru phone call
  • Customer was able to set a new Password for his Gmail account
