I was on the phone when u called. Can you please call back. It's a complicated problem having to do with Chrome... In summary, I had an old gmail account... b**[email protected]. I have deleted that account but it still shows up as the default account everytime I log into Chrome. I use my new gmail account, I log int and attempt to use google music, for example, and it asks me to log in again, and I do. Then I try to use google music and it asks me to login again. Keeps going around and around. And everytime I get that same error message "b**[email protected] was previously using Chrome." Then it gives me two options... "this wasn't me - create a new profile for b**[email protected]" or "This was me.  - Add my bookmarks, history, passwords and other settings to b**[email protected]

Dear Bill, It was a pleasure helping you with your Chrome issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Problem with signing in with chrome apps

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

found that the problem is with the current chrome installation / Failing to sign in

Installed a different version of chrome To move all his sign in to his current gmail account

Also assisted customer in uploading albums and music to his Google play music

Issue resolved
