Dear Chip, It was a pleasure helping you with your Skype / Ecamm  issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified : video recording showing 4 screen| no audio (windows computer) | copy and share video 
Solution Implemented: call| remote support| configure ecamm settings| check windows machine | recorded video's audio not available only during  the audio service is in use ( skype call) | share video using dropbox
