Issue identified : Customer wants to know why the birthday is not showing on the people that he searched on Skype

Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Checked his Skype app / Explained to the customer that he will only see the birthday of the person in Skype if the person is on his friend list / Advised customer that he also need to consider the privacy settings of his friends on Skype if the information is set on Public or Private / Customer understand / no other issues raised / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
