Alright before you try to connect. Restart the router. Unplug and replug it back in after 10 seconds .

Issue identified :  wifi disabled | disconnected 
Solution Implemented: call| assist in enabling the wifi| forget the current wifi netwroks | tried to reconnect| connected | test connection | able to browse and get search results | problemj solved
