OK. Just to confirm it does not connect to the wifi or it is connected but will not let your browse?
All my other such as iPad work, it won't let me shop or search , says it is disabled.
Do you rememebr setting a restriction passcode to your NOOK?

Alright before you try to connect. Restart the router. Unplug and replug it back in after 10 seconds .
