We have not recieved a response from you yet.

You will need to go here https://www.icloud.com/#find

This will ask for the apple ID and password to verify your ownership of the device.

Then Will give you options to either Erase or Lock the Device

It also has a feature for you to track its location if the FIND feature was enabled.
