Hi, I am locked out of my gmail account M**7@gmail.com. I changed my passcode back in March 2018. I have two factor authentication on and even used back up codes to try to get back in . Google still states they can not verify this is my account . I have been trying to get in for over a month . I did get one email this morning march 31, 2019 stating they could not give my account back Bc from n**y@accounts.google.com stating that we were unable to verify that I own M**7@gmail.com. Please help I Have years of memories/ pictures on this account . I believe someone 14 hours ahead of me is getting on this account as I received an email back in April 2018 stating that a you tube password was created ? The font was off and looked like phishing ?

I had been using my I phone as well since I use to have gmail on the phone and the I pad . I changed my passcode on my Apple computer almost a year ago if I recall correctly

Call customer and assisted in requesting google for a password change.

Google site responded that there were already too many failed attempts.

Will call customer again tomorrow for recovery.

Hi, 

we were going to talk today at noon  , because there were too many failed attempts yesterday to get into google . What time can we talk tomorrow , BC it’s still showing too many failed attempts today . I’m available anytime after 5 pm central tomorrow .

Its 7:16 pm here right now . 

Did you get my message that the last time I was able to get into my google account was April 14, 2018 at 4:52 pm on my computer . I originally posted March . I changed the passcode on my computer and did a security check . The other odd thing was that the last security check showed 4/7/2018 when it was really 4/13/2018. I also found an passcode I changed it to on April 8th , so that would be more recent than the last pass code I gave you yesterday  .There was an I Pad showing to be logged in that kept being on my account even though I kept disconnecting it ?

It appears since we used the last log in google code that it will only allow one try in a 24 hour period . This makes no sense . I will call you tomorrow around noon if that’s ok. I’m not understanding why I’m not able to get in with 2 step authentication on . I’m trying to find papers to get an idea when I opened this account so I can at least answer that question correctly .
