Dear Ted, It was a pleasure helping you with your Adobe issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :
Computer requiring password for VISE install
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Assisted in checking the installation process
We found that it was an account admin password that the computer was asking for
Customer recently had the OS reinstalled from a local tech and did not give him the account password
Advised customer to go back to the Local tech and retrieve the account password or have the Os reinstalled with no password.
Answer Accepted
