I can't get into my IPAD. Wants passcode. I tried the one I thought it was and it shut down for 15 minutes now it shuts down for an hour. I need to know how I can get the passcode so I can open it up. I just bought it a week ago.

The passcode is a number combination you did when you set it up.

It is saved on the iPad and not accessible by Apple, If you can't remember what the passcode it, then we will have to reset the ipad to factory condition. Do you have a computer that we can use?

Forgot Passcode

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote Access

Assisted in resetting the iPad using itunes / Restore back to original Factory Software

iPad restored

Customer will have his password for Apple Id tomorrow to complete the registration
