Issue identified :
CS3 re installation Serial Key is not activating
Solution Implemented :
Call customer / Remote Access
Assisted customer in first uninstalling the curernt CS3
Went to Adobe site and renew the serial number and renew the installer file
Downloaded the new Cs3 Installation > RAN the installation and completed.
Launch the Cs3 program and keyed in the new Serial number
