the wi-fi network name is Xpress989 which I entered correctly. my password is 34BN15AB ***-***-**** 89-0015
do you have other device that is currently connected ot your Wifi? Like a computer maybe?

I verified the name of the wi-fi network and password with my provider so all the info is correct. I get ebooks from Amazon so does that make a difference--should I be doing this with Amazon

Issue identified :
Kindle Cannot find wifi Networks
Solution Implemented :
Call customer and Assisted in first checking her computer for the correct Wifi name and Wifi Password
Checked the Kindle and it is not finding any available networks.
Assisted in rebooting the Kindle By holding the power button and Selecting Restart form the Menu
Successfully rebooted the Kindle
Checked the Wifi Settings and it is now successfully detecting her network
Customer said she will be the one to connect it and will continue with the connection
Issue resolved
