Issue identified : Arrange / Sort the videos on Youtube App

Solution Implemented : Called the customer / Remotely accessed the computer / Explained to the customer that there is no option to sort the videos on his Apple TV but we can use an iPad or iPhone, Computer or android device / Assisted the customer to change the settings on how saved videos will appear on his TV  / No other issues raised / Issue Resolved / Answer Accepted
