My air 2 iPad has been working fine for years . Now it says it must be activated but says your servers are not working. 😳

It means the activation server connection is not established.

Try this first. Hold the power button of your ipad and wait until you see slide to power off.

Slide it and wait until the ipad shuts off. Then Power it back on and try activating
