Dear DeBusman, It was a pleasure helping you with your Epson issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

Red is printing yellowish

Solution Implemented :

Call customer / Remote access

Tested printing and showed a problem with the Magenta cartridge / No Magenta color coming out.

Performed cleaning thru the printer option but still the same problem appeared

Nozzle check showed that red is not pushing thru the paper.

Advised customer of a manual cleaning using water to rinse the nozzle

Advised customer of repair or replacement if it still the same problem
