Dear Edna, It was a pleasure helping you with your iPad issue today. Here is a summary of the resolution.
Issue identified :

iPhone disabled

Solution Implemented :

Expert Notes:

Call customer 

Assisted customer in running itunes on computer and performed a Factory restore.

Successfully restore the ipad because customer does not know the Passcode

During activation customer mentioned that they are in the process of recovering the apple Id and already have sent a recovery request and customer will just foolow up the recovery.
