Please help. I am blocked from Facebook for 30 days. I breed horses. I understand I am not allowed to advertise horses for sale. I used a post to say about my horses, had it approved by Facebook ads team and have now had it taken down and been given a 30 day ban. I don’t understand what I have done to contravene the standards. I have a malicious competitor who may be reporting me to damage my business. Please help me. I am at a loss as to what to do. My Facebook page is Reay Campbell and my Business is Caledonia Dressage Horses.

Just want to verify the issue. The account that got blocked is your facebook personal page and not the business page, right?

It says I can’t post , Comment or use messenger for 30 days 

This is because one of your previous posts didn’t follow our Community Standards

I see. Seems like you can still login to the account but they are not allowing you to post or comment or even like on your own account. Normally, you have to wait for 30 days for the ban to be lifted. But you can always file for an appeal to fast track the process. 

Click the link below to file an appeal to facebook admins. Make sure to include the URL of your page and describe the problem and why you are requesting the ban to be lifted. Attached a screenshot of the error that you are getting then hit the submit button to send. 

The response time is somewhere betweek a week or two depends on the number of case that they are handling. Much faster compared to the 30 days waiting time.

I would like to revisit this problem. I have posted twice recently. Both posts were passed by the Facebook ads team and I was charged for them. I have to assume if they were accepted then they met Facebook standards. On the first one I was give a 7 day ban and on the second one I have been given a 30 day ban. I have been charged £50.00 for the first one although it did not run as I was banned and it was taken down. What do I do?

No that doesn’t help. I am not so worried about a refund. I want to get reinstated and want to understand why I have been banned  for 30 days for an ad which they approved. If it was then how can they ban me.

There are no shortcuts in filing the report and that is the only way.
