We have not recieved a response from you yet. I also tried your number but there were no answer

Normally, Just holding dow the the power button until the screen goes Off then back on.

Let me know what it goes.

Thank you for your response!

First you will need your amazon log in information.

"Email you registered with amazon and your amazon password."

Then on your Kindle, Go to settings >  or Menu->Settings→Registration.

Once in the registration screen choose to sign in using an existing account.

Then sign in using your amazon email and password.

Let me know how this goes or if you need further assistance.
